CHEESE CORNER reserves the right to review and modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be bound by the terms in force at the time when you place the order.

 

Website/Ownership

These General Terms and Conditions given herein are the sole terms applicable to use of this website, whose sole owner is Swiss Fine Food AB (Org.nr: 559325-6547), a company under Swedish law.

All rights, including copyrights of any content provided by CHEESE CORNER remain with Swiss Fine Food AB. Any use of any contents by CHEESE CORNER (website, social media…), including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

 

Prices

All prices at CHEESE CORNER are expressed in Swedish Kronor (SEK).

All prices include Swedish VAT.

The prices of products are as stated on this website. They can fluctuate over time (exchange rate on imports, fuel and energy costs…).

In the event of CHEESE CORNER detecting any error as regards the prices, we will get in touch with you immediately, offering you the opportunity to cancel the order made or to replace your order with the proper price. If it were not possible to get in touch with you for three working days from when CHEESE CORNER learns of this error we would proceed to cancel the order and refund you the sums paid.

 

Placing orders and payments

To place your order you must go through the online purchasing procedure on cheesecorner.se and accept payment, clicking on the option for confirming your card data.

Online secured payments are processed through Nets Easy (a Danish company).

At cheesecorner.se, we accept payments by VISA / Mastercard, PayPal and Swish.

After accepting these General Terms and Conditions and confirming the payment, Nets Easy will process the payment. If the payment is successful, you will receive an electronic mail confirming the order. You are then bound by your order.

To shop at CHEESE CORNER, you must be at least 18 years old.

 

Delivery

CHEESE CORNER ships its products to any address in Sweden covered by the extensive parcel delivery network of BRING.

A flat shipping cost contribution of SEK 89 is added to each order.

CHEESE CORNER will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

We prepare all orders within 1-2 working days with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer.

BRING comes and fetches the parcels at our company’s address, and it brings the parcels to the delivery address selected by you. BRING usually delivers the parcels within 1-2 working days.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

CHEESE CORNER is not responsible for any delays once the parcel is handed over to BRING for delivery.

We will supply the products subject to their availability. If we are out of stock, we will inform you, and you can choose if you want another product or money refunded.

CHEESE CORNER will not pay for uncollected packages.

 

Pick-up

BRING will inform you when a parcel has arrived for your attention. You will pick it up at the “ombud” you selected.

For most of the postal codes in Sweden, BRING offers the possibility to change the delivery to your home address, at your charge.

Once the parcel is ready for you to pick it up, you are kindly requested to pick it up the same day (the next morning at the very latest) if it contains raclette cheese and/or dried meat.

Indeed, the raclette cheese and the dried meat need to be put into the fridge right after reception.

We do not replace or reimburse raclette cheese or dried meat that would have suffered from a longer waiting time.

 

Guarantee of the products

Our products are all selected with care. Quality is key to us.

Our food products are products from the nature. Taste and appearance differences may therefore occur.

The raclette cheese and the dried meat are both AOP (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée, i.e. Protected Designation of Origin). AOP products are regulated by the Swiss Confederation. The raw materials, production, storage and labelling rules are extremely strict. They aim state of the art, traditional products.

Should a quality issue appear despite these high standards, please contact us immediately – at the very latest 3 working days after reception of the goods. All products sold by CHEESE CORNER respect all Swedish (and European) standards.

The food products respect the Swedish food legislation.

The raclette grills are CE marked.

All products that come in contact with food have the “glas and fork” marking.

The photographs and videos of the products presented on our website and communication are only for illustration purposes and meant as a guideline, thus possibly differing somewhat from the original.

 

Purchase cancellation and return policy

Purchases of food items cannot be cancelled, except if there is a quality problem.

Purchases of non-food items may be cancelled.

You have 14 days from reception of the non-food item to make use of your right to cancel and be able to return the article that you have purchased from CHEESE CORNER.

You may only return products which are in the same condition as they were when you received these. CHEESE CORNER will not make any refund nor accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labeled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.

Any returns must previously have been accepted by CHEESE CORNER.

To be able to proceed to process the return of products you must get in touch with us so we can give you the information and documents required to go through with the return.

In the event of this being a return at your own choice, you will have to defray the return expenses due to send the products to CHEESE CORNER.

In the event of this being a return due to an error, a faulty product or the fault of CHEESE CORNER, this return will not entail any additional cost for you.

After receiving the product, CHEESE CORNER will examine it and will let you know if the return is applicable or not in view of the state in which the product is in.

CHEESE CORNER will proceed to refund the price paid for the products, or if you wish to change it in another or similar product of your choosing.

If you asked for a refund, it will be made within 30 days from the date on which you requested the return.
